Well sir thanks for this Note, well it was the Clocking mechanism which was wrong , and yes i was also handling the Stop Subroutine, and also the Ack was wrong, so in summery following things ware wrong,,,,

1. Clocking Mechanism (Timing)
2. Stop Routine (Because i was not making both SDA and SCK to HIGH for reuse)
3. Acknowledge Routine (Because the MCu must not be held stucked if the Device is not Acknowledging, so it must re send the BYTE again)

Hoping that all the Noobs would learns some dumb things from this thread, :-)
