1. You must connect pull up resistor to output of TSOP 1738
2. Open the remote control, and check for crystal rating (when i was doing the same and not get the good result then i did this and it works). Mostly all RC5 remote controls uses 3010 encoder ic. The clock use for modulation by this ic is (Crystal speed) / 12 . So check if crystal is of 432 KHz then change it to 456KHz (near by ~456 also works). 3. There are variety of remotes in market, one will invert the transmission data and other will not. this happened with me. |
