Thanks for the info Russell. I take it that you cannot substitute any sort of variable in place of the 5 in my previous post? A guy at work told me that
mov dptr, #base + Acc could work. Alas I'm at work and can't try it till I get home... Thanks for all the help thus far; it's very much appreciated. D |
