Dear Eric,

I'm very sure that it generated controlled pulse square wave, since the last 17 hours this problem has been staring at me on the scope.

Everything works fine < 16Khz, however above it causes the motor to loose momentum due to the delay ( seen from the encoder feed back graphs ).
