from a partminer ... They're even worse than distributors, in that they charge $1k and it doesn't matter whether they're shipping one or 1000. After that, the price may be negotiable.

Further, they often deliver counterfeit parts, i.e. parts that have one thing on the outside and another on the inside, especially with pricey uncommon parts.
