Don't tie the /CE pin of 2816 permanently to ground, because this will cause increased current consumption. It's better to decode a certain segment of address space. In your case you could connect A15 pin of micro to /CE pin of 2816. Take also care, that in SFR register P2.7 is logic high. Kai |
