The Upper 128 bytes of RAM are not implemented in the 80C51 the industry has riyally screwed up amy numberings of the '51 family. P89C51 has, as the bible states, 128 bytes of RAM, but P89C51Rx2 has 256. There is no way these days to read the RAM size just from the partnumber, only the datasheet will tell. Erik |
