Code that does not even have the basic functionality of being able to run should not be posted as code - it is not, it is scribbles. If you do not know e.g. the need for an ORG 0 then you need to go back to basics (learn the fundamentals) instead of posting scribbles and calling it code. Get "blinky" to work as a first.

Asking someone to comment on uncommented unformatted code is downright indecent.

"what is wrong with my code" is not a question, it is a "do it for me" request.

HOWEVER, (here I disagree with Jez) if you have code based on fact, not fiction and have a SPECIFIC problem, by all means post the snippet with the problem well described.
