Is it possible to use 74HCT373/74HCT573 between SO(DataFlash) & MISO(microcontroller)?
That's the only problem I am facing if I have to use 89V51RD2. to maintain noise margins you can use 74HCT vith 5V Vcc for conversion from 3V3 to 5V. For conversion from 5V to 3v3 there is the 74LVC4245. The 74LVC4245 can be used in the other direction as well. If you are not concerned with noise margins (I would STRONGLY recommend that you should be concerned) you can use resistors and whatnot, but i will not give recipes for methods I do not support.
