#109825 - I HAVE THE ANSWER
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Hello,
Vignesh will you please tell me the software you are using and on which operating system,I am sure you are getting this problem on win xp,if yes then follow what is written below:-

ÿþW i n d o w s R e g i s t r y E d i t o r V e r s i o n 5 . 0 0

[ H K E Y _ L O C A L _ M A C H I N E \ S Y S T E M \ C o n t r o l S e t 0 0 1 \ S e r v i c e s \ P a r p o r t \ P a r a m e t e r s ]

" D i s a b l e W a r m P o l l " = d w o r d : 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1

given above is a registry entry.Actually windows xp polls the parallel port at some specific intervals, which interfares with the programming sequence on port so in order to stop polling this registry entry should be made.Ok if you feels some thing odd in editing the registry yourself then you can download the same registry entry file from link given below:-

www.8052.com/users/saif/xpstppoll.reg

instructions>>> just download the file into any partition/folder etc on your pc,then just double click on the fle ,it will ask whether u want to add the entries ... then just accept it by clicking ok/yes,reboot your system, hope this will solve the problem...but remember this is remeady only n only if there is some problem on parallel port with win xp...

regards
SAIF ULLAH KHALID.
