#109368 - PLCC?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
hi,

Is PLCC not appropriate package? It is not hard to buy PLCC socket with 100 mil (2,54 mm) pins` grid.
If so then next derivatives from Atmel may be useful:

T89C51AC2,AT89C51AC2,AT89C51AC3 (PLCC44);
T89C5115,AT89C5115,T89C51CC02,AT89C51CC02 (PLCC28);
T89C51CC01,AT89C51CC01,AT89C51CC03 (PLCC44).

All of them have 10-bit resolution ADC with 8 multiplexed inputs,
flash memory from 16kb upto 64kb (ISP via bootloader), XRAM/ERAM from 256 upto 2kb and 2kb EEPROM. CCxx contain also CAN module.

Regards,
Oleg
