I did this by a torturous system where the machine copied its bootloader from code to data memory, then automatically switched data memory into codespace, whereupon the bootloader ran after switching "code" memory into dataspace....AND it all worked. Only took 4 NAND gates as I recall. I was a bit suprised the handover was seamless too.
