nope, I have abolished MMIO and homebrew ISP/IAP. If I need more than the 32 pins that a device with ample internal data and code memory has free, I go for 8 port devices. I have not used external code memory for ages and have a few 8 pin devices that drive huge data memories and still have plenty of free pins.
