Hi All,
Thanks for the feedback. I have the system working now. There was a bug in the Visual Basic code which set the break for less than 1 character. The UART did not like that. As soon as I increased the break signal it to above 1 char the 8051 UART worked fine... BTW I am using the Dallas 80C320... Thanke very much for your halp Louis |
