I doubt very much that "ERAM" - as used above - is a general.

I expect different emulator manufacturers, and different texts, use their own terminology.

Also, I think some 8051 derivatives use "ERAM" to mean "on-chip XRAM" or such.

It would help of you were more specific about what you want to know, and why you want to know it - this would enable people to give relevant answers.
