#106884 - Smart Card Solution |
I was asked to design a smart card pay system interfaced to various equipment to make pay as you use solution.
My first thought was to buy smart card readers, buy lots of disposable (and rechargable) smart cards, and design the interface circuit with micropcontroller myself to cut cost down. My questions are: 1. Is it economical to buy a ready made solution from a specialized firm? 2. Can you recommend a company that can provide such a solution(doing search right now) 3. Do you know of any smart card manufacturers? I'm doing search right now but it would help if anyone had experience in this sort of field to help me out. Regards Mahmood |
