is how I interpret this not Happy To Help 1 out of three almost the same but the general meaning is similar.
TIA is the name of a lady that We know and an abbreviation for my wife's favourite coffee additive (Tia Maria and cream) that may or may not be available world wide. This one takes me a second to recognise. RTFM. I dislike the F as regardless of what word you chose you have added an extra emotion to a simple and often correct response to the location of the requested information.
