for max accuracy, be sure to use a toggling interrupt like T2 or a PCA channel.
Run it fast for the best resolution. More clearly define the lowest frequency. If you want really slow frequencies you may have to change modes as the timers are only 16bit. 1hz - 1khz is 1000:1 range. 2hz = 1khz is 500:1 (big difference...) Do you really need 1hz resolution at 1khz? (.1%) Bob |
