Use a latch and an LCD select. Use two pins to select which of four latches connected to the four LCDs you wish to address.

When you select the LCD, use 7 pins to send data to the latch which in turn sends data to the LCD. When you select another latch, the previous latch continues transmitting the data to the other LCDs.

By doing so you can address the four 7-segment LCDs with just 9 lines (2 select lines and 7 data lines).
