Hi Andy (et al),
I don't know this, but my first guess would be that Athar Waheed is a student contending with both a student's operating budget, and the availability of parts in Pakistan. On the other hand, I don't know that the part you suggest is either more expensive or less available. I simply haven't checked. In my mind the more salient question is whether Mr. Waheed is even still participating in this discussion, which really raises the whole "Why bother" issue. |
