Hi Athar,
As your post contains two-byte characters, it isn't displayed correctly on most of reader's screen. Maybe the document you copied was written in Japanese character, because the company is Japanese one. I rewrote it as follows.

Humidity transmitter Module
SHINYEI KAISHA ELECTORONIC DIV. ENGINEERING DEPT.
MODEL NO. RHU-223 series
We own the right to revise specifications and product configurations our advance notice.

1. Configuration
Model No.
Connector Type
Drawing
Connector (S4B-ZR-SM3A)
Electrical characteristics

Supply Voltage (Vin): 5VDC +/-5%
Current Consumption: 2mA (5mA max.)
0 - 60 degC, 95% rh
Operating Range: 0 to 60deg.C, 95%rh or less
Humidity transmitting Range: 10 to 95%rh
Storage: -10 to 70deg.C, 95%rh or less
Accuracy (Humidity): +/-5%rh(Range:2.20 to 2.53V, at 25deg.C, 60%rh,Vin=5.00VDC)
Humidity Output Signal (Reference): at 25 deg.C,Vin=5.00VDC

Humidity Output Voltage
(%rh) (V)
  10 0.74
  20 0.95
  30 1.31
  40 1.68
  50 2.02
  60 2.37
  70 2.69
  80 2.99
  90 3.19

Output Impedance approx.: 5kohm,Standard characteristics: Fig. 2
R(25degC)=50kohm +/-5%, B(25/50)=3970K+/-2?
Temperature Output Signal: Thermistor "C16T-45"
R(25degC)=50kohm+/-5%, B-value(25/50)=3970K+/-2%

Temperature Resistance
 (degC) (kohm)
   0 165.9
  10 100.4
  20 62.63
  25 50.00
  30 40.19
  40 26.46
  50 17.85
  60 12.31

Temperature Dependence (Reference): +/-5%rh (Vin=5.00VDC,40 to 80%rh,
Temp. Range 10 to 40deg.C (based on 25deg.C))

Voltage Dependence (Reference): +/-5%rh (Vin=5.00VDC,40 to 80%rh,

Voltage Range 4.75 to 5.25VDC (based on 5VDC))

Humidity is almost linear within the range from 20% to 80%
Humidity(%rh) = 29.226 x Output voltage(V) - 8.4937

But, at 10% and 90%, it runs off this equation.
