(well, doing crosswords is also kind of reengineering), but I consider it a little frustrating to burn manpower on reengineering:

how about week puzzling something that can be integrated into an open source project and thus could help hundred of other people?)

(I'm thinking of SDCC but others might have other things in mind:)

there are libraries, compilers, assemblers, linkers, includes, debuggers, open cores, proprietary emulators, downloaders, simulators ... :)
