i will check this. btw: i just notice i had a 74LS373 latch in the circuit, but all other chips are CMOS, so i am guessing it may be related to he logic level problem, but since i don't have any 74HC373 at hand, before i go to buy one, i would like to ask how big is the chance that the problem is related to the 74LS373?
