You're also right as i said the maximum power consumed by this little fella couldn't be more than a Watt . So heat should be coming from another way. But there could be another possiblity, do using the chip over it's recommended condition mades it to warm up rapidly ? e.g loading the ports with more than their capabilities both in Ioh and Iol ? |
