The one hand rule is ok for <1000V - for higher voltages you need distance. A good arc won't care if one hand is in your pocket. The one hand might be used for a different task in your case though. 15KVA seems small for a marx generator. See http://www.amazing1.com/marx_generators.htm theirs are in the GW peak range. |
