#187457 - Seldom "one" answer other than to trivial questions Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Interview questions - even a bit stupid ones - aren't a problem for someone who do know their subject.
Unless the one who asks them is too stupid to understand that he/she is getting a much more qualified answer than intended. If they skip someone qualified because the interviewer is stupid, then it's probably best anyway to get another job. A job where the management have a reasonable knowledge about what the requirements are. In the end, most non-trivial questions have more than one answer. And trivial questions aren't so good as interview questions, just because a trivial question will not separate the skilled from the less skilled. |
