All analog channels and digital signals have galvanic isolation and the analog channels are differential and connected directly from the isolation module to the DACS input . And the PC ground refernce is a single point high quality instrumenation earth. The one reason we did not suspect the ground was that the signals are absolutley stable and the whole machine passed the Reliabilty & Repeatability tests ( R&R Test ) with no issues.
