| Hmmm ... When I was last in the U.K. it seems it was the general consensus that the food in Britain was the absolute worst one could encounter anywhere.  As I understand it, this opinion is still widely held.  Back then, we'd eat on the Continent before flying to London for an evening's entertainment.  
 Further, I do recall that "wank" meant something quite different than what you propose. That was, admittedly, several decades ago, but have things really changed that much? RE |
