#185925 - Where have all the darlington arrays gone? |
I'm re-engineering an old product (yawn) that drives a bunch of unipolar stepper motors through UCN5801 octal darlington arrays. Unsurprisingly the UCN5801 is obsolete, but to my surprise I can't seem to find anything equivalent, e.g. a lowside FET array. Allegro have discontinued everything, so I'm wondering if anyone has filled the gap. Any suggestions? |
