I don't do high temperature electronics, but it must be a fascinating topic.
As I was told, one of the key issues at those temperatures are memories. The leakage of FLASH/EEPROM grows exponentially with temperature, so if you bake them, they start to "forget" very rapidly. So, where are you going to store your programs? But there must be a whole bunch of other issues than just semiconductor parts for that temperature. Ever seen 225°C rated electrolytics, for example? The fact that the traditional eutectic PbSn solder melts at below 200°C seems just to be one of the simpler ones... JW PS. The closing bracket seems to spoil your first link |
