| Although I doubt that this will work since these heat spreaders seem to be aimed at larger packages, they do claim that the T-wing will conform to different shapes so it may be worth getting a sample and trying it over the device and several of the adjacent ones as well. They do offer to cut them to other sizes, but a SOT223 is really small.
