b) Current capacity (or ampere hour rating) of the battery - 4AH c) Impedance of the load box = load consumption <200 mA. d) Current rating of the charger box - charger is limited to about 1A e) Voltage output of the charger box = charger is limited to about 6.5V. e) Part number of the proposed FET - 2SK2503 , Rohm . f) Values for the two components tied into the Gate of the FET: Resistor 6k between Gate and Source, resistor 681 ohm from Gate to Positive terminal of battery. |
