I have read the anecdotes there, but did think you wanted us to post our own anectodes here on this site. (emphasis added) I don't really know what Jan intended, but I suspect you're right. In any case, it wasn't obvious to me that it was a link, not a first glance anyway. It could have been moreso if it had been formatted as a proper title (capitalization, no period). BTW, I wholeheartedly agree with your thoughts about experience. I wonder which is responsible for more difficulties, the man with 30 years experience being resistant to learning new-fangled ways of doing things, or the man with only 8 years experience who hasn't learned as many of those obscure lessons yet.
