What did you expect?
 Note that a standard multimeter can't even measure correctly - unless it is designed for true RMS (up to a certain bandwidth), it will assume that it measures a pure sine wave when in the AC setting. But the design is intended to cut away parts of the sine wave, making it hard for the instrument to get a correct reading. Another thing the first and last ms around the zero crossings contains very little energy. By the way - when do you plan to do something about your source code? For example adding comments?  |
