Stefan, if you want isolated RS485, you're going to have to have an isolated dc/dc converter for the 75176 as the others have mentioned
MAXIM (and others?) have 485 transcievers with all the stuff inside to isolate the 485 (including isolated power). If I recall correctlt they can handle 60V ground bounce so you MAY be able to get by using those and a common power. Erik |
