If you wanted to hear the truly bizarre, you should have been around when I was at the Superconducting Super Collider Laboratory. You need to know that I grew up in southwest Louisisana. On one occassion I was so amused by all the accents around there that I took over a conference room and began lecturing on Maxwell's Equations in the thickest Cajun accent I could muster.

Now that was bizarre.

Then to top it off, when asked (by a friend from Ethiopia) what kind of accent that was, I replied, "Mais! What you talk about? Me, I'm the only one in dis whole place what don't talk wit no accent!"
