What "New" Instruction would you like.
Similar to what would you do if you won the lottery.
There are no new instructions coming. So I did not even look to the implementation. Of course it can be done with AND and OR.
Plus it may only help in ASM. Since I write mostly in C What instruction would a compiler writter like?
