I needed a small fan motor for my refrigerator and I realized it was similar to what we buy here (in 100s) for about $10. I Called Sears (it is a Kenmore) and was quoted $136 including shipping. I a moderately nice way I told the lady that the price was crazy and to forget it. I did some investigation and found out it was made by Frgidaire and that way got the motor for $29.22 including shipping and tax.
The reason is not the $100, it is that I hate being taken advantage of. caveat emptor. Erik |
