It sounds if you may be out of you leauge, But any way.
Typicaly the pot is is wired 1 side to plus, one side to minus, and the wiper out. The PIC a2d requires less than 2.5k resistance for best preformance. Hence the 2K pot ( someone read the data sheet). Measure the the voltage swing at the wiper. Then buffer your output with an op-amp. The PIC is looking for a voltage. Remember you are feeding another micro. It may not like you adjusting the pot. You are trying to defeat its program. It may fight back. or it could be a simple program and not care. |
