What sort of web page is it? When it comes to "designing" a web page, a lot of that is really down to presentation - so you need the skills of a graphic artist. Actually writing the HTML for it is a secondary issue. If it's just a matter of presenting technical information - text and some graphics - then that shouldn't be too hard. But you will need a decent copy writer - or, at the very least, a proofreader. Or does it need integration with databases, online purchases, etc? |
