We have an ultrasonic cleaning system. It has a heated tank about 12" x 18" x 12", it has a 250W power supply, it produces simultaneous Multi-Frequency from 40kHz to 90kHz, it has adjustable sweep rate from 300 to 1000 Hz. The average cleaning time is 60-120 seconds of immersion time. Unfortunately there is no schematics in the manual.
