From just a quick look at the LPC932, which has a 2-clk core:

drive bit 1
nop
drive bit 0

That alone with a 12Mhz clock in a perfect world might produce a 167ns pulse.

How can you possibly hit 200ns with this?

If you factor in tolerances, then there is no way you could meet such a requirement.

I'm not aware of any 1-clk 8051's on the market yet.

Am I missing something?
