If you connect B5 directly to C28 then you will not need R27.

You can isolate C17 by inserting a resistor of about 1kOhm. So, remove C17 from the LM336, connect it directly to ADC7-input and insert an 1k resistor between LM336 and ADC7-input.

Other circuitry looks good!
