I had been aware of this issue for some time. There was some disccussion here recently:- http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=111691 Harry Ott's article brings up some valid points. Recently on a mixed signal board I reworked recently, I joined the two planes and found my analog performance improved slightly. Mind you, I didn't have any high speed digital circuitry. |
