| Anyone have any suggestions for suppliers of a 7kW 0..36V 0.200 Amp SMPSU ? To replace a hideously expensive "standard" power transformer and its controller ?
Erik ? Nearly your kind of requirements isn't it ? I use nearly fixed output voltage regulators (18-32 in, switchable between 4V and 3V3 out) at 60A. I would not have any knowledge of 0-nnV. One thing, the supplies I use are "parallelable" (sorry, I do not think that is a word) so, in your search you may be able to find something where several in parallel will add up to what you need. I would try Vicor. I think you will have to do some fancy tapdancing in one form or another since I have only seen very limited output voltage range from switchers but very wide input voltage ranges.
