#113602 - Interesting watchdog results |
Ive just been to look at an application which has been running continiusly for the past 4 months in a very challenging enviroment, high temperatures, lots of pumps,motors,high voltage supplies, some rf stuff floating about and interestingly the watchdog hasnt reset once which quite surprised me, and I know that Sod's law says that the moment you disable the watchdog is when the thing will go off into the long grass and I am not going to disable it because it does kind of need to be fail safe but still an interesting thing.Kind of. |
