I can predict that e.g. 33MHZ ARM MCUs on a Development Kit will be used by newbies for projects. These 'newbies' would program in Java or VB.NET and flash a LED . Then they would come around and ask how could I produce a 10,000Hz output frequency ? Operaqting System donot offers any faster delays than 1ms . Do I have to go for a faster MCU ?

Just my 2 Rials ;)
