I'm not sure that this is really the house lighting. You could rent a DMX-512 (MIDI) switch pack at any sound reinforcement (pro audio) store and hook up a PC sequencer (or standalone) to it. Then you just plug the various lights into the switchpack.
I think the lights in the bedrooms are probably floods (par cans or strobes or whatever) plugged into the switchpack... The guy is probably in a party band or is a light man for similar... |
