#103148 - Blue sheet Vs Photographic paper Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Ashwin,
I have tried the Photographic paper method along with a many other methods not mentioned. After many tries I came back to the PnP Blue Sheet transfer method. To save paper I print off the foil pattern on a regular sheet of typing paper on a laser printer. Then I cut a sheet of PnP Blue a little larger than the size of the pattern and put that over the first sheet and hold it in place with masking tape. I then print the same pattern again but this time it prints on the PnP blue paper. This allows me only to use about 10% more than the PCB board size. I can understand why you would not pay $1.50 for PnP blue and hard to get in your part of the world Verus $0.05 for Photographic paper and it is easy to get. Eventually you will select the tools which suit you best for the job. Whatever they are good luck Regards, Charles Bannister |
