Dear Harald
AS u mentioned i will try reading the volatge at the P0 port, with 4081 i was getting all high. there is a transistor 2907 and current limiting resistor as u gussed right. The problrm i thing would be that as the port P0 has no pull up the high (floating)and low may read high itself. I am thinking of making a small pcb with 10k pull up for port P0 and then inputing them to 4081. Then Erik i do give due respect to your advice but then i just wanted to know if some one had tried some thing like this for their experienced gained .me being a novice in the field .I will always keep ur adviced steps in mind Thank you Sunil |
